Here's part of the day to day--

  • Digital Excellence:Lead internal and external resources to develop and sustain industry leading website and online presence.
    • Define and execute digital marketing strategythrough campaigns across various channels, including SEO, email marketing, organic/paid social media, and paid media advertising.
    • Enhance our websitesfocused on brands and segments to build brand awareness, audience engagement to sales conversion.
    • Analyze website and campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and maximize revenue generation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, engineering, product management, IT, and design, to optimize website functionality, user interface, and overall customer experience.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

*Brand Excellence:Reinvigorate and sustain industry leading brand clarity, awareness and engagement with customers and channel partners

oCreate clarity of differentiation in a competitive environment:develop and implement the brand/product differentiation strategy within a dynamic and crowded competitive marketplace
oExpertise in multiple end markets(Foodservice, Retail, and Scientific)and channels(e.g. national accounts, dealers, etc.)

    • Drive remarkable commercial executionby proactively developing and implementing processes, cadences, and internal communication.
    • Lead marketing program executionfrom start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
    • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaignsacross the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
    • Lead cadence, format and schedule for industry, channel, and customer equipment shows.

  • Analytical Excellence:Develop and leverage robust internal and external analytics and market intelligence to position, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

oCreate, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

    • Market Intelligence:Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and refine strategic plan accordingly by monitoring customer, channel and competitor activity and ensuring feedback to company
    • Generate insightsviareports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and industry trendsto proactively identify growth opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

oManage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
