We are seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, US DC Operations for our 1st Shift - (Monday - Friday) at our Byhalia, Mississippi Distribution Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensures compliance with HBB and SOX requirements
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations in a 1st shift Monday - Friday). Receiving, order picking, TL and LTL shipping, small package picking and shipping, replenishment and cycle counting. Ensure safety rules are observed, provide direction to supervisors and team leads as necessary. Provide accurate reporting to senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferable in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management or equivalent education and experience.
• 3-4 years' experience in a similar box DC environment.
• APICS Certification is desired.
• Must possess basic computer skills/Knowledge of warehouse management system preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and speech.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work in a demanding environment
• Must possess solid written and communication skills
