    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Real Estate - Business Development Representative to join our EXOS Team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with real estate agencies to facilitate the alignment and understanding of EXOS commercial real estate goals
    • Providing guidance and assist real estate agents to determine the appropriate commercial site for business use.
    • Perform comparative market analysis to evaluate locations in key target areas
    • Communicate with senior management, real estate brokers/agents, outside legal counsel and appropriate team members.
    • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, letters of intent, closing statements etc) and follow up when needed.
    • Determining and understand needs related to financial abilities and propose solutions.
    • Confidence in negotiating commercial real estate transactions on behalf of EXOS
    • Maintain and update commercial listings of available properties
    • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
    • Assist senior management with business development projects as needed.
    • Lead Real Estate Project Management for EXOS Healthcare Partners and Clients
    • Lead Healthcare Business Development and Sales
    • Represent EXOS at Healthcare Industry Conferences
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
      Proven working experience in the real estate industry
    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
    • G-Suite services familiarity

    Prefered Qualifications:

    • Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence
